Warmup
400m Run
50 Jumping Jacks
Then 3 rounds of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push ups
15 OH Squats

Then 3 rounds of:
15 sec HS Hold
10 Box Jumps
5 Toes to Bar
Turkish getup

WOD
For form:
3 rounds of
100 Single Unders
2 Turkish getup
3 OH Squats 
4 KB Swings
50' Bear Crawl

Note:
Take your time. Nothing should be heavy.

Cool down with an easy 800m run
