100 Burpee Pull Ups


Warmup
400m Run
50 Jumping Jacks
Then 3 rounds of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push ups
15 Squats

Then 3 rounds of:
15 sec HS Hold
10 Box Jumps
5 Toes to Bar
Skill Work
OHS

WOD
For time:
100 Burpee Pull ups 

Note:
Cool down with rolling and stretching. 5 min run is optional.
