How should you start?

Warmup: The purpose of the warmup is to get your body moving, move joints through full ranges of motion, practice moves, and "rev" your engine. Do the movements for form instead of speed. If it is an exercise with weight, choose something relatively light so that you can focus on the form instead of the effort.
