Strength Work or Thrusters

20 KB swings
20 Sit ups
20 Slam Ball Clean / Jerk / Slam
20 Push ups
20 Sec Chin over Bar Hold (or 20 pull ups)

Strength
Wk 2 Bench or Press
Also Catch up on the rest of week 2.
Do anything you missed (Mon or Tues).
If you are away tomorrow, squat today.

If you are on track:
Thruster
5-5-5-3-3-2-2-1
Alternate each set with a set of 10-20 DB Rows
