Sunday:
5/3/1 Deadlift

Monday:
C&J EMOM: 5 x 1 @ 5/10, 5 x 1 @ 6/10, 5 x 1 @ 7/10
Joker sets if everything is sound. No more than 5 reps total.
Front Squat 5 x 3 @ 7/10

Tuesday:


Wednesday:
5/3/1 Bench Press

Thursday:
5/3/1 Back Squat
Snatch EMOM: 5 x 1 at 5/10, 5 x 1 at 6/10, 5 x 1 at 7/10
Joker sets if everything is sound. No more than 5 reps total.
Front Squat 5 x 3 @ 7/10

Friday:


Saturday:
5/3/1 Shoulder Press
Snatch 3 x 3 @ 8/10
Clean & Jerk 3 x 3 @8/10
Front Squat or Overhead Squat heavy triple, double or single
