Warmup
5min easy run
20 back ext
20 sit ups
15 squats
10 pass throughs
10 push ups
5 pull ups
5 100m strides (each one a little faster)
WOD
Run 6 X 30 second intervals.
Rest for 30 seconds between each interval.
