Burpees & Ring Rows


Warmup
400m row or run
50 Jumping Jacks
25 back ext.
25 sit ups
15 Pass throughs
5 Box jumps
5 Burpees
5 Hollow Rocks

Mobility
Make this a habit. 
Pick 2 spots and work on them. 
I'll probably work shoulders and calves.

Strength
Continue with your 5/3/1
I'll be on Week 2 Deadlift

WOD
4 rounds 
25 Burpees
25 Ring Rows (stay tight!)

Endurance
Run 20-30 minutes.
