Warmup
3 rounds of Cindy (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats)
20 sit ups
2 karaoke
3x 10 sec handstand holds

Strength
ME: Deadlift
Build up to a 2rm

WOD
"Rahoi"
AMRAP 12 min:
12 box jumps
6 Thrusters (we'll use dumbbells)
6 bar facing burpees.
