Team WOD:
Teams of 3 for time
A. Together: Run 400m, then each person does 25 Burpees.

B. Then as a team (with only 1 person working at a time) complete:
100 pull ups
200 sit ups
300 squats
200 DB Swings (Pick something heavy, but not crushing. 35-55 should be good)
100 Box Jumps (24")

C. Together: Run 400m, then each person does 25 Burpees.

    35lb KB, elliptical rather than run (leg injury)-kozain
    20lb DB, run-Mimi
    Rather than box jumps- step up onto 36" box

  2. haha they were a killer! We debated scaling it down for a two person team but decided to go for it anyways! How did you do?

    My burpees have gotten way better :)

    1. I worked with Scott A. as my partner. We finished in just over 30 minutes. The rest of the guys had teams of 3 and finished right around there too.

  4. Yup, the whole thing. We just kept moving. For each exercise we only went until we started to slow down, then we switched. That kept us fresher, but only doing low reps each time. But for time, it kept us moving fast.
