100m grapevine

Light stretching.

Strength
Off

WOD
Off

Endurance
Run 1 mile, then do some light stretching. Then start your long run. Go 10 minutes longer than the last time you went long. 

Note: This is the weekend post. Pick 1 day to do this and the other day should be rest.
