Mobility
Work on the legs. 

Strength
5/3/1 Bench Press

WOD
6 rounds of:
30 seconds box jump (24") 
30 seconds burpees 
30 seconds jump rope (DU if you can) 
30 seconds squat jumps 
60 seconds rest 

Endurance
Off- I hope yesterday went well. If you took yesterday off, you should do the long interval ladder. Watch your pace. Try to get a little faster each time you shorten the run. Then try and hang on for round 2.
